Pricing:
. Tours must be based on a minimum number of 20 full paying passengers and 2 Teacher / Expedition Leaders:

Deposit:
. A non-refundable deposit of AUD $500.00 per person is required to confirm your place on the tour
. You must also read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Code of Conduct when making your initial deposit payment.
Cancellation Terms and Conditions and Code of Conduct can be found in your trip page under the 'Tasks' section. Please click the box in this task to acknowledge you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
COVID:
· All 3rd party suppliers such as hotels, buss companies, ferry companies etc. have different policies with regard to cancellation due to COVID. GLE is bound by these policies and will pass on any expense due to this to the traveller. Every effort will be made to minimise financial penalty and options without any financial loss including postponement for up to 12 months.
· All travellers will be required to follow Australian and State Government guidelines that the operators are required to implement and adhere to.
· These guidelines are changing very quickly. All attempts will be made to provide prior information. If any person does not wish to follow these guidelines, or direction of any staff, their alternative option is not to participate and therefore not travel on this program.
· GLE has a current COVID policy which can be forwarded on request, as well as the policies of all 3rd party suppliers. All suppliers have current and up to date policies as per their State regulations.
· Some listed activities and passenger numbers are COVID dependent such as boat trips- every measure will be taken to deliver the programs as per the itinerary but some flexibility may be required.

· Booking terms and conditions are detailed on the GLE Tour Application Form
· GLE reserves the right to alter or amend the itinerary at any time and will not be held liable for COVID related expenses.
· No accommodation or services are being held and therefore are subject to availability
· Airfare prices are not confirmed until a booking is made and deposit paid.
· A reduction in the number of quoted paying passengers will vary the tour cost. The tour cost for the minimum quoted 20 paying travelers will remain the same if the group size increases above 20 paying travelers.
· If your school does not secure the full 20 paying travelers resulting in the tour being cancelled due to insufficient numbers, a full refund will apply.
Tour cost will be based on 2022 rates for hotel accommodation; airfares, entry fees, etc., as at 20th October 2021.
